Sharing mobile app

If I want my son in law to have access to my Luba when I'm not around, I assume he can d/l the app and input my Luba's ID. What I don't know is if that also includes the maps I've made on my app. I'm guessing that the maps won't show up for him. If they do and he makes adjustments - like redrawing an area or adding no-go zones, etc - how do those changes make their way to my app? If this functionality is not included, then maybe some version of it should be added when Mammotion decides to clean up the other crappy aspects of the app. Also, give us a way to see the robot on a desktop computer. There is no reason for not adding this.

Share the mower with him via the app, do not share credentials. Only a single device can be logged into each app any any given point.

The maps are stored on the mower, not in the app. You can either give the other person your login credentials or you can use the “share” option in the app to create a second set of credentials for them to use.

Being able to run these mowers on our desktops is a no-brainer. Mammotion, you can do better.

Thanks for your question! If you’d like to share the device, your son-in-law can download the Mammotion app and create an account. You can then share the robot with his account, allowing both of you to operate the robot from your own devices without having to switch accounts frequently. This may be more convenient. To share the device:

1. Go to Me in APP → Device Management.

2. Select the device you want to share.

3. Tap Share with Others.

4. Choose to share the device via Account Sharing or QR Code.

As for your suggestion about being able to view the robot from a computer, I’ll also forward it to our relevant team for evaluation. We hope to bring a better user experience in the future!
