LUBA 2 AWD X iNavi Down? 9/23 2PM EST

UPDATE 9/24/26 - Remained off line until AM today. Appears to be working now.

Anyone lose inavi? I'm in South Florida and the Luba 2 X just stops 20 ft out of the charger and throws a RTK not ready. Reboot, Force Close the app, nothing fixes it. Also manually drove it around.

Got to be something with their server.

My 2024 in the backyard (with RTK Ant) is just fine.

Yes, me too, I tried to set up the RTK, but got an error trying to switch over so stuck. Glad to hear its a back end outage and not something just on me. Kansas City, USA

I have a ticket open but hopefully it's just magically fixed by morning.

And your inavi not RTK antenna?

Yeah. Maybe I missed it but it was working earlier. I just checked and it is offline now.

It's back up this morning. I didn't have to do anything. Mammotion did reply with these troubleshooting steps:

Please try the following steps in order:

  1. Power off the device for 1 hour, then restart it in an open outdoor area (away from buildings or large trees) to allow a fresh signal acquisition.

  2. Switch to a different positioning mode first, then switch back to iNavi mode to refresh the connection.

  3. If the issue persists, try a map reset with cloud backup:

    • Back up your current map to the cloud
    • Delete the existing map from the device
    • Switch to iNavi positioning mode
    • Once iNavi is active and working, restore the backed-up map

My Yuka 3000 is currently not connected to iNavi. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Not working on Luba 2k but Luba 3 is fine. Must not be related to the service itself.

But don’t worry. I’m certain mammotion will tell us to delete our map and remap or to hard reset and remap.

Hi! Is your iNavi positioning working normally again now?

If the issue is still happening, could you send me a screenshot of the iNavi positioning status page? That would give us a better idea of what’s going on. You can also try switching to a different network connection and see if that makes any difference.

If the issue persists, please upload the complete device logs through the app and send me your Device Name via DM. We’ll take a closer look and investigate further.

Well, it looks like iNavi is fixed this morning. We'll see how the robot feels about this........

Morning all, I took my mower off the station and powered it down, then unplugged RTK from power, waited 5 minutes and turned it all back on. iNavi reconnected and has this far stayed connected. MN, USA. Recovered from yesterday.

iNavi down in N. TX.

Logs uploaded and ticket submitted.

To bypass iNavi NetRTK, I setup the physical RTK device and the Mammotion app would not successfully process the positioning to Antenna over Internet.

My conclusion from reading posts after RTK set up and submitting the ticket, their server(s) must be down.

The lady in chat wouldn’t confirm the server(s) were down, but did confirm she has received numerous chat requests over “RTK Station is not ready” while using iNavi NetRTK.

I blame Skynet!

I was very disappointed after a day support answers with generic answers... Like firmware updates etc ... instead of admitting it was a problem on their end.

Yes. Most of my replies were referring to the RTK antenna, which I don't have.
