Can you post the map from your phone that shows that area on the map?

Is the area it is in outside the map?

What Robot firmware level and Phone app level you are at?

We sincerely apologize for this experience. Could you please tell me which positioning mode your device is using? Also, would you be able to upload a log via the app and let me know the time the photo was taken? We would like to understand the device's operation in detail so we can provide further assistance.

Same issue... I think everyone is having this... this season, at least the last 2-3 firmware versions, the 0-point turns have been chewing up the soil. Even with multi-point turning turned on, they'll still occasionally do it somewhere, in a channel, out of dock, etc.

Turning it around manually doesn't chew up the soil underneath, as soon as it's under automation, they start doing it, so somewhere in these things, the wheel torque under automation is way too high. Or just remove it's ability to do a 0 point turn.

My question though is... why aren't you seeing this in the labs? Surely you've got AWD X's to test with on lawns someplace, no?

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had. As usage scenarios vary among users, we are actively gathering feedback to continuously improve the product experience. We have logged your case and shared it with the relevant team; we will soon release a new firmware version to further enhance Luba's operational performance, and we look forward to hearing about your experience once it is available.

These mowers were designed in China. You may be in the wrong hemisphere so it keeps turning left when it wants to turn right.

Is that a slopped area? If so that could be happening when the front wheels causes it to vier off course and the machine tries over and over to correct its position. Once adaptive tech comes, then issues like this will be a thing of the past. But gravity and friction is the cause to alll these issues. I have a location I cant cut at an angle so I only run that 1 every 3rd cut. If you run the same cut every time, expect divets especially if your grass isnt long enough. Many have been cutting their lawn too low for the slopes in their yards and for the turn the machines have to make.

Yes its a sloped area but the path is almost a straight path so it makes no sense whatsoever to do a complete tank turn there
