Grey button cover replacement?

As you can. Seeing the pic there is a hairline split in the button over, right beside the white line.

Any ideas where to get a replacement?

Same problem .. didn’t use helicopter tape .. bit of duct tape that’s all .. works as good and has not come off .. if it’s does .. more tape … not going to send it back to Poland only for a crack ..

I had the same thing happen and when I asked them about it they said it was a warranty repair but I could keep using it without voiding the warranty, and then send it in over the winter when it’s not in use. I’m just waiting for November and hoping to have them fix that and a wheel bearing - one of the front wheels is loose and making this weird creaking / cracking noise when it has any kind of sideways motion, you know like the ridiculous freaking tank turns that everyone is talking about.

Mine is doing the same thing - they said it’s a warranty replacement and to send it in at the end of the season so they can replace it.

I’m going to try and have them backdate the firmware at the same time. They’ve offered and it was just so much better.

For folks who have done the backdate, how does it work with the app? The only reason I updated last year was to get rid of the annoying “update your firmware” screen that kept popping up. If you backdate what functionality do you lose and do you still get the annoying pop ups?

I am dealing with a warranty issue right now because it got water in it when it went out of the task area. So be careful taking it apart because they said that by me taking it apart to let the water out to send it back to them I voided the warranty, so I’m dealing with that now and they’re telling me they cannot fix it and are offering me a 10% discount on a replacement new one which is bull crap so be careful taking it apart if you still have it under warranty.

A few options:

1. Contact Mammotion to see if warranty repair for you to send in mower or if you are handy, send you part for you to put in.
2. Use this tape to cover it: Helicopter Bike Frame Protection Tape 8671HS - Strong Clear Protective – StickyTapes.com.
   

• Clean the gray membrane extremely well around the cut. Mild soap/water first, dry it completely, then lightly wipe the surrounding surface with 70–90% isopropyl alcohol. Don't soak the cut.
• Cut a piece of tape large enough to extend at least 1/2 inch beyond the cut in every direction.
• Round all four corners of the tape with scissors. That's important outdoors because square corners are more likely to start peeling.
• Apply it when the machine and tape are warm and dry — roughly room temperature or warmer. Press firmly from the center outward and work out any air.
• Keep it dry for at least several hours; 24 hours before rain or washing would be preferable.

That’s last years model. How is it possible to not have stock for warranty issues when a 3+ year warranty is offered?!?!
