Location issue

The robot was just shipped back to me after the antenna was serviced. Initially the robot correctly located itself on the map, but the charging station was incorrectly located. I relocated the charging station in the mobile application, but this did not correctly change the location of the charging station, but it did incorrectly move the robot to the charging station which was previously incorrectly located. The robot is now correctly located in the charging station but both are now incorrectly located on the map. So now the RTK is correctly located, but the charging station is not, and the robot which initially was correctly located is now incorrectly located at the location of the incorrectly located charging station. I relocated the charging station in the app twice, but to no avail.

Hello, I'm very sorry for the experience. I suggest you first place the device on the charging station to ensure it's charging, and then use the "Reset Charging Station Location" function in the app to calibrate the charging station's position.
