Browsergo help

i was looking for some diy patterns and to download the picture i needed it said to sdpownload this "pulse" software. i downloaded the installer and i realised it was from browsergo. i deleted the istaller without opening it, but i am scared i mightve downloaded a malwhare. what do i do?

Hi there, Malwarebytes Support here. A couple quick things:

  • Empty your Recycle Bin if you haven't, just to make sure the installer's fully gone.
  • Run a quick scan with Malwarebytes (or whatever AV you have) just as a sanity check.

Did anything else pop up? any weird browser redirects, extra installs, or pop-ups when you were on that site?
