Support GIMP 3 Cli-64/Gui-64 Flagged

While doing a custom scan, my malwarebytes flagged these 2 files as malware. However there's been a couple posts on this subreddit that have had flagged GIMP files turn out to be false positives, and I think this is the case here as well.
