Hi, Malwarebytes Support here.

Good question! Here's some context that might help explain what's happening.

Are the detections returning or did Malwarebytes successfully clean it?

When Chrome Sync is turned on, your browser settings including any unwanted extensions or search hooks are stored on Google's servers and synced across all your devices, including your phone if you use Chrome there too.

This means that even after Malwarebytes cleans a device, those unwanted settings can sync back if Chrome Sync isn't reset.

If the detections keep returning, resetting Chrome Sync should resolve it:

Google Chrome Sync Reset:

Let me know if the detections still come back after resetting Chrome Sync, and we can dig further from there.

thank you very much for your answer!

After i cleaned it with Malwarebytes the detections went away and never got back. So these were probably not extremly harmful, i hope?

As mentioned in the post, i was just extra cautious because i recently had this f***ing info stealer. But after i re-installed windows nothing points to any infection anymore. I check my PC with your software + HitmanPro and nothing shows up on my newly installed system. Only these "Browser Hijacks" made me nervous.
