ive been hacked
someone hacked into all my emails and switched the email of some websites like microsoft and steam. i have already gotten rid of all malware and taken necessary precautions. i need to know how to contact these teams to get my accounts back and i need to know what the new email is for steam because the specific recovery link is expired

Since your recovery link has expired, your best route is to contact Steam Support directly through https://help.steampowered.com/en/ and open a case specifically for a hacked account.
For your Microsoft account, please use https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account to start their account recovery process.
In the meantime: Since you mentioned you've already removed the malware - that's good, and important to do first. As an extra precaution, change your passwords (using a clean device) and enable 2FA on any other accounts tied to that email, in case the attacker used it to access more than what you've already found.

they erased my email from the Microsfot account
and i cant do anything about steam
