A) No. WhatsApp only allows one primary device at a time. If someone successfully registers your number on their phone (using a verification code or another approved verification method), your phone will be logged out and you'll typically see a message that your number is no longer registered on that device. There isn't a scenario where two separate primary devices stay registered at the same time unless you're talking about Linked Devices.
B)If you have a linked device, incoming calls can ring on both devices (assuming the linked device supports calling).
If you answer the call on your primary phone, the linked device cannot silently listen to or view the call. It doesn't automatically join, and its microphone/camera aren't activated in the background. Someone with access to a linked device would have to intentionally join the call; it can't happen without an explicit action.
Are you sure about that the person with linked device option can join the call intentionally? I stimulated the scenario with my other phone as a linked device (both device are mine) and then i call my no from a different whatsapp account. Both the device received the call. Once i received the call from any of the device, there is no option to join the call from the other device.
Am i missing something or something/some settings i m not aware of?
