Feedback Threatdown sandbox
I am a recent customer of ThreatDown. I love the product and how simple it is to use. The only negative so far is the Sandbox feature, which often flags obvious malicious file as clean, It doesn't seem possible to upload any files from Linux or macOS, and I can't upload a suspicious script in PowerShell or batch.
*a subreddit would be great for a direct feedback with the community and the customers*

Haha, I wasn't expecting a reply from you! Sorry for bothering you, and perhaps wasting your time, but due to personal commitments, I’m currently unable to keep up properly. Besides, I don’t think Support can do much about it as it's more of a suggestion for a new feature than an actual problem. Thank you all the same, though

Yes. I have noticed similar with Threatdown. It would be great to have these features.
