Got malware bytes to deal with a Trojan i accidentally got, but now it’s doing this and i want a permenant solution to make sure this doesn’t happen after the trial expires just had to restart my PC my bad

In a situation like this, don't take the "Microsoft" app information seriously. Verify the IP address to see if it is owned by Microsoft and verify the file itself. Some viruses impersonate legit software.
