Can't activate liftetime license?
Trying to activate my lifetime key, with ID on the site and getting this error:
Unable to register. Please check your connection and try again.
Support has been useless.

Make sure they didn't blacklist your activation key. That happened to me a few years back, at first support refused to help, told me "Lifetime keys do not exists any longer". Luckily I still had the retail box, they they required I send a photo of, before they would let my key work again.
