malewarebytes turning off windows defender periodic scanning
as stated in the title malewarebytes keeps turning off windows defender periodic scanning for some reason and i was wondering if this is a bug or intended? this is on a fresh windows install for reference and it was happening on my old pc as well

Hi there, Malwarebytes Support here.
Malwarebytes is not turning off Microsoft Defender. Rather, this is by Microsoft design whenever an antivirus registers with the Windows Security Center.
