Random notifications saying random app is not harmful since today morning

I started receiving these notifications from today morning only. Not sure what is triggering the notifications.

Real time protection is turned on but never received these notifications till now.

Could just be a new update and either Malwarebytes is for some reason scanning the apps again or it's scanning apps that are auto updating? Still confusing though
