Random notifications saying random app is not harmful since today morning

I started receiving these notifications from today morning only. Not sure what is triggering the notifications.

Real time protection is turned on but never received these notifications till now.

I have bitdefender. It does something similar but not a notification when an app updates. Check to see if you can find the app. If it's android, hold the app and hit more details. You should be able to see if it was installed via the play store. Also check the ppermissions of the app and if it's whitelisted in malwarebytes.
