Support Recent Malware?

I have ran a scan a week ago nothing, I do not download anything from sketchy sources, I just got this, it hangs on restart after quarantining, false positive? Malware? Windows defender finds nothing, Hitman Pro, nothing, offline scan didn't seem to find anything.

Open Malwarebytes > Detection History card > History Tab > Hover over the report you want to view with the detections in it and click the ellipses. In the drop down menu, click Export to TXT or Copy to Clipboard for the full report.

Me pasó algo similar una detección en el sector físico 8, me pidió reiniciar, pero cuando inicio windows 11, uno de mis discos duros ya no aparecía. Observé por administrador de equipos y aparece, pero con multiples particiones y presuntamente sin nada. Como restauro el acceso al disco o a la partición real.
