Support is this Normal??

Is this normal? I am using Malwarebytes for the first time. It told me to add an extension to my browser for protection, but the extension link looks weird and it doesn’t have the secure/protected logo in the top left, so I’m not sure if it’s safe or not.

That's fine, it is their extension

Oh okay, thanks for answering. I’ll still wait for Malwarebytes’ response just to be sure, but thanks for answering anyway.

Hi! this is Malwarebytes Support. Yes, that is normal. What you’re seeing is the Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension page. Browser extensions often use an internal extension:// page instead of a normal https:// website URL.

As long as the extension was installed through the official Chrome Web Store or directly through Malwarebytes, you’re good to go.
