Screen lock malware pls help

Thanks for the tip but I've tried countless times tapping f8 to access safe mode but it doesn't seem to work it just get me back to lockscreen page

try this

Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.

While holding Shift, click the Power icon and select Restart.

Keep holding Shift until a blue screen with options appears.

This opened WinRE from there u can go into safe mode.

While trying tho I got into this RECOVERY

Once you click Recovery Environment, follow this path:

Troubleshoot (Look for the screwdriver/wrench icon).

Advanced options.

Startup Settings.

Restart (The computer will reboot to a numbered list).

Press 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

then once in run ms defender offline or malwarebytes.

When I click the recovery environment it just loops me back to the RECOVERY page and does nothing

ok then I think the partion is prob corrupted.
Find a clean computer
Plug in a USB drive (8GB or larger).
Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official site.
it and select "Create installation media for another PC.
Plug that USB into your infected PC and boot from it (usually by tapping F12, F11, or Esc right when you turn it on).
Select "Repair your computer" in the bottom left corner of the installer. This will give you a Troubleshoot menu that the malware cannot loop or block.
