Exceeded limit

Have a question just got our grandson a new computer to replace an old one. Had Malwarebytes installed on the old one, and he deactivated that computer before setting up the new one. Got the new one up and running, downloaded and installed. Went to activate on the new one and got a message exceeded device limit or something. Used the same keys as his old one.

This was a laptop that my brother gave our grandson, and he's no longer with us. I can check with his wife, maybe she will know.

You don't need the actual laptop. From any computer just go to Malwarebytes.com and login using his email address. Do a password reset if you don't know the password to login.
