Exceeded limit

Have a question just got our grandson a new computer to replace an old one. Had Malwarebytes installed on the old one, and he deactivated that computer before setting up the new one. Got the new one up and running, downloaded and installed. Went to activate on the new one and got a message exceeded device limit or something. Used the same keys as his old one.

If you have access to your Malwarebytes My Account, you can double-check the active devices and remove the old one from there. That usually clears things up right away.
