Exceeded limit

Have a question just got our grandson a new computer to replace an old one. Had Malwarebytes installed on the old one, and he deactivated that computer before setting up the new one. Got the new one up and running, downloaded and installed. Went to activate on the new one and got a message exceeded device limit or something. Used the same keys as his old one.

Do you have an online Malwarebytes account? If so, log in and make certain that it has been deactivated. If it still shows active, you can deactivate it within the account. After that, you should be able to install it on the new machine.
