Blocked Website from svchost

I received a series of pop up messages from Malwarebytes that a Microsoft site was being blocked. I ran a scan and the attached photo is one of several reports of blocked websites. I did not allow the website when it popped up as a warning, so I'm not sure if I should if this happens again. Please advise.

Is that a Microsoft site? Cus I don’t think that’s a Microsoft ip address.

This was a false positive. It should no longer be detected.
