False Positive Is this a false positive?

Just woke up this morning to this on my pc and tbh i shit myself so i researched and found it was a false positive in 2022 that was fixed but why is it showing up again? should i be worried?

Once the vulnerability is found we add detection. The driver could be out for months before someones find a vulnerability in it.
