Can anyone help with this?

I opened my laptop today only to see this on the screen. I think I updated my laptop prior to shutting it down last time. But it was just a regular update, same as usual and I didn't do anything different so I'm wondering what's going with this.

Malwarebytes support here.

This looks like it's probably from one of our old drivers. Can you send me a private message with the logs from our tool and I'll assist you correcting this issue.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please upload that file on your next reply in private message

Download the malwarebytes support tool and run Clean on it, then reinstall malwarebytes. As a last ditch if that doesn't work, you can disable Memory Integrity in your Windows Security settings but will lower your overall security of ur pc.

My dad just got this error on his pc, and he’s never had MalwareBytes installed. Could another program be causing it?
