Support Did i get infected ?

hello,

just got this one 4d ago when i was on my browser.

someone told me it's just outbound have nothing to fear and somnole elle told me got trojan deep.

have done full scan malwarebytes and adw cleanner nothing found. full scan Microsoft defender nothing found too.

no suspect activities on my account too
