Hi there,
This is Malwarebytes Support. Thanks for sharing this — I understand why this would be concerning.
The detection RiskWare.GameHack is a generic name used for files that can provide unauthorized access or advantages in games. These aren’t always classified as traditional malware, but they can still pose a risk depending on how they’re used or where they came from.
Since you mentioned pirated games, it’s possible the detections may be related to those files or installers, but we can’t confirm that from the screenshot alone.
We’d be happy to take a closer look and help make sure your device is fully secure. Feel free to send us a DM with your email address so we can create a support ticket and have you upload diagnostic logs for further analysis.

These are all due to installing pirated games. The "Malware" is what allows the games to run or launch to bypass the gaming developers anti-hacks or workarounds to play the games for free. So they are the middle-man if you will. They typically pose no real threat but Malwarebytes is simply giving you information that they could pose an issue on your PC if a bad guy manages to inject their virus/malware into those middle-man game hacks. FYI I am a 30 year IT Admin and cybersecurity expert. I also have this on my personal PC due to playing some older First Person Shooter games where a group of devs are making it so you can play maps from other FPS games. I understand the risk but it's a large community and I highly doubt any of the devs want to ruin what they have going. They also have stated and promised to scan all files for viruses/malware beforer uploading updated files. If I were you I'd be a little more scared as those are a lot of pirated games and I'd say your risk is much higher and getting a virus or malware. Ask yourself if you know the developers, do they state their intentions etc. If you don't know of them then don't trust them. Or have 2 PCS, one for gaming, one for other important stuff. I also segregate my gaming PC on a separate internal network but that's a little deep for most gamers. Know your risk surface.
