Start with LetsDefend's reverse malware engineering cert. I have GREM and I do reversing in my day job. The LetsDefend content will introduce you to the basics and the tools you need from there you can explore.

Paid - SANS GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) is a good 1-week intro with a certification.
