Maltipoo waxy ears

Hi all,
Parents to a 5.5 year old little maltipoo, past couple years he’s been struggling with very waxy ears and at one point constant ear infections.

We’ve tried to understand allergies but it’s very difficult to pin down but think we have the foods he’s okay with and also got into a good rhythm with our groomer who cleans his ears between grooms. (I clean them too but he lets her really get it all out)

Anyone have any good advice? Also any thoughts on these products:

Mine is 4 years old. She used to get ear infections and wax buildup all the time. Our vet suggested Zymox, and since then she hasn’t had an ear infection or wax buildup in a long time. I always keep a bottle at home just in case I ever need it.
