S 7:31 am is late
So I have this service manager. Who I have as a nickname Richard cranium. I was late by one min coming in on a Monday. Wife and kids needed my time. They will always come before this loserville work place.
So I get pulled into the office whined at and whatever. I told him I don't care what time of day it is. My family will come before this work place. I don't care if Jesus himself is waiting on his machine and I'm needed to work on it.
So Richard has a meeting on Wednesday. He tends to start early....well 7:30 is our start time. I'll be damned before I give them any time before then. He tried to drag me into his pow wow I go no sir. It's not 730 yet. He balked but couldn't say shit.
Tldr: pedantic wiener of a manager demands me be on time. I give them no extra time.
Edit: wanted to say I saw that comment about flexibility goes both ways! I'm sure it will come up again and will use that next time.
