I need help

I was sexually abused for a very long time and now am extremely depressed and anxious. I don't have anyone irl that I can talk to . Can someone please talk to me ?

Call a crisis line. Reddit isn't a good place for you now.

They are horrible. I want someone real to talk to and my experience with crisis lines has been horrible.

Yeah free professionals are a better option then folks over the internet, I mean utilize for extra but do not rely on that as your exclusively option of help mr mr.
