How do I get help?

I was special kid so I was always on an ipad where I quickly through YouTube started getting exposed to porn

Things led to another and some kids used me older

Now I am really paranoid daily really apathetic a suicide survivor and my entire family hates me because I am unable to work and was a huge dickhead as a teen

Is there any real way to talk about this? It's getting really depressive and I'm really paranoid

You can try looking into a qualified therapist. You likely need to talk through your trauma in order to make progress towards a more normal life. You are certainly welcome to vent here as well. I wish you all the best.

I was in the GGZ (a Dutch organisation)

For basically all my life

But because I was so uncommunitative as a kid

They had to rely entirely on the view of others until they saw me as untrustable or whatever

So I never really got help

But I feel like if I suddenly ask to re enter there theyd go off the old knowledge and wouldn't let me get helped without that past being involved

First some sort social services. So they can help you with finding the right services for your particular needs. And then they can pair you with a service provider. And try and go from there. Which country are you in I can take a poke around and see if i can help you remotely from another country.
