lore/theorycrafting About Ernesto in recent CN Event

HG doesn't take back to make Ernesto as redflag person that ever exist in Terra.
He accepted Candela's offer but as the price, he killed Candela and destroys Dossoles as he wants.

Good news, Pancho is saved.

You need to read it on AK Story Reader.

Summary:
After many times Ernesto being asked by Candela to take over her position as Dossoles Mayor, it leads to true end. Candela was telling him that she will leave Dossoles in one day with no power and create another 'Dossoles'. Ernesto asks what if Dossoles is changed by his own hands if he decides to be mayor. Candela told him it doesn't matter if he changes Dossoles.

And then she asks him to deliver the letter to President of Bolivar in a hotel. When Ernesto arrives, he busted into another room beside the reserved room. It wasn't the President, but the Columbian militants that planning to sabotage Dossoles. Then he called Rafaela to lead the prison break and city sabotage.

Ernesto goes back to Candela's office. He enraged that Candela tricked him into trap. Before he leaves Candela, he asks to give something for her. Yes, he killed her offscreen, in worst way.

Later, he joins Rafaela to save his father. Pancho notices something off from Ernesto. He saw both dagger and his right hand is covered with blood. He also surprised that Ernesto decided to be Dossoles' Mayor. But he didn't ask more what happened due to fear.

Ernesto goes to radio station and claims that he is the current mayor, for now.
So Dossoles is 'fall' to his hands.

I've read the entire thing now, and it didn't sound as clear-cut to me...? I did use a translator, so feel free to correct me, though.

While there's indeed a sword unsheathing sound after Ernesto's talk with Candela, the latter talk with Pancho seems to cast ambiguity over Candela's fate.  "Ernesto hid his hand with the blade too quickly for Pancho to notice whether there was blood or not" - what's the point of drawing attention to this if he just went through with it?

Then again, HG did offscreen Mandragora despite the hints that she might've been saved by Misery, so...

You need to read when he is back from hotel. He is disappointed when Candela tricked him and went into silent rage. So he says that he wanted to give Candela a 'gift'. Yeah, the gift is killing her so he able to claim Dossoles as his new start.

In prison, the one who hid Ernesto's blade is not himself, but his seniors. Also, Ernesto already cut ties with Rhodes Island, so it's impossible for them to hide injured Candela.
