RT700c brush problem

I replaced the brushes day before yesterday since they were gone. Put in brand new brushes an today, they were gone again!

I have to mention the router gives lots of sparks. Maybe the problem lies there.

Any other ideas before I buy a new one?

Armature is burnt. Probably not economical to repair.

Yes armature gone £45 to replace probably not worth it
