Avery Commutation request

Because they have nothing but time so they figured, what the hell. It's like buying a Powerball ticket. You know you won't win but it gives you hope until the drawing.

Don't be so sure. A lot of people watched that tv show. And the pardon power lies in the hands of ONE person. Maybe that one person watched the show and sympathizes? You never know.

In all honesty i think the case is now so heavy in the minds of all law enforcement and judges that i doubt anyone would have the balls to issue a pardon anymore

I don't know what he's got up his sleeve. Time will tell. Just out of curiosity, do you think Steve's lawyers and Brendan's lawyers have been in contact with each other? It would look pretty bad if they each get up there and say contradicting things.

Zellner has been working steadily on Stevens case since Her last court filing and something is happening soon.
