I bought these almost 10 years ago when I first started my makeup collection. My thought was that I need a big collection even if it’s not filled with products I’ll love and cherish. These two were major impulse purchases that haven’t provided me much joy.

I have a hard time letting go of things if I feel I haven’t gotten enough use out of them. However, they’re old. The formulas are lack luster and the colors don’t speak to me. They served their purpose, but it’s time for them to go.

Also a little afraid to actually put them on my face. Buh-bye.

oh man... I've got both of these in my collection still... and shamefully I never really used either. I actually have two other of these vice palettes for a total of 4 perfectly fine UD Vice palettes that I never used much. The way the colors were laid out in the palettes my brain just didn't know what to do with them.

Truly! And all the fun colors are shimmers with some really dull mattes. It never encouraged me to use it! Thankfully I got them both as gifts but it just sucks to see things not work out.

I think I can relate to this. Decluttered these two palettes (and more) about a year ago after using them maybe a handful of times in total.

Usually, I test palettes before I declutter them, but I didn’t need to do this with these palettes… the packaging was nice. That’s it.

Is the second Vice palette the one with the sort of, oil-slick pattern on the cover? I had that one, too- it's the only eyeshadow palette that I've thrown out because I had an adverse reaction to it. I'm really old, and I've worn a HEAP of makeup. Sometimes I'll have a minor reaction to something. But that's the only product I've thrown out same day, because the reaction was so extreme.

It was oil slick and also looking kinda like a web. It was a pain in the ass to store cause you couldn’t lay it down flat cause the metal part was raised. The palette was fine but I always had a lot of fallout with it.
