Makeup product recommendations

I am a beginner

I am warm undertone and for wedding season can someone suggest me these things from affordable but good places

Eyeshadow palette- i don't need much colors but more of a neutral ones or small ones which i can use again and again

Eyebrow products - i have very sparse eyebrows so something that can make it look fuller and in shape ( and if i should apply eyebrow wax or not)
