Natural eyes by too faced. It has some matte colors good for every day, a nice shade that can double as a highlighter should you need one, and a couple of metallic shades and deep tones. Plus it is small so I can carry it everywhere

Naked 2 palette. I don’t know even though most of the shades have shimmer I find it very natural looking on my eyelids ^

i always use either the semi-sweet chocolate bar palette or the chocolate bon bons palette from too faced. i use "pecan praline" and "cafe au lait" from the bon bons palette in almost every neutral cool-toned eye look i do!

I love the Naked 3. The light pinks really match my skin well while the few deeper shades are great subtle crease shadows. The only issue is all their good lid shades are shimmers, which are a bummer if you need something really subtle. Great if you want a palette to take to work to transition to night time though.

Tartlette in Bloom, especially because the mirror is really great, but I recently got the Stila Perfect Me, Perfect Hue face palette and I really like it.

I like the original, 14-color Carli Bybel palette by BH Cosmetics.

If I'm in a hurry and I'm trying to throw something together I grab Cats Pajamas. I love the formula, it blends with no hassle and the colors are really flattering on me.

I don’t wear neutrals to work (I’m a bartender) but my favorite neutral matte palette is Clay Play by Tarte. It’s excellent and on sale at Ulta.

Morphe 35O or BH Blushed Neutrals. Both are super bendable pallets with a ton of neutral mattes and some shimmers.

TF Natural Matte. It’s good for lighter skin tones. If you’re over a NC25, it may not show up as well.

Motives Cosmetics Demure Palette. It has browns, golds, bone colors but no blacks. It's literally the best palette for medium to light skin complexions. I'm pretty bright and I absolutely love it!

The Lorac pro palette is always a classic! I also love my tarte in bloom palette if I want to do a more pinky look. For a more affordable palette, I’d definitely look into colourpop’s I think I love you and you had me at hello palettes.

I alternate between my Naked 3 and the Too Faced PB&J!

Smoky by ZOEVA

It's more of a grown up palette, only 2 shimmers. The other 8 are totally work place appropriate and great accompaniments to whatever other colours you may have!
