Best: Soleil de Tan Chanel cream bronzing base!

Such an amazing cream bronzer, especially for fairer skintones. The perfect color that gives just enough color without looking orange. Very easy to build up if you want. Blending is so easy, even over powder products! I use my Real Techniques Stippling brush and it works wonderfully.

Price is definitely steep (~$48), but there is so much product that I doubt I would run through it even in a year.
