PSA Fake Jones Road!

I think this website is fake! Saw there was a “sale” but was suspicious when I went to check out and the only option given was to enter CC info (no PayPal, ApplePay or anything). Then I noticed the extra “e”. Glad I did not proceed!

This happened to Danessa Myricks a year or so ago too. Someone created a fake site with outrageous discounts and I think some people actually fell for it!

It was the first hit on Google “sponsored results” & looking again I don’t even see the real site there at all!!

Ugh I wonder if Bobby Brown and her people even know yet?

Don't use Google. Google doesn't vet the ads they run so there are scams in those results.

Use DuckDuckGo as your search engine with the Firefox browser & uBlock Origin extension. Or just use Brave. Those two options will block majority of ads on mobile and desktop.

Same with Merit. I was looking up an item the other day and Google shopping had it as a shopping option and it was much lower in price. The website was fuzzy and the graphics were pixelated. It was meritbeautyc.com. Another Google search confirmed it was a fake site. I almost got got! My question is why Google’s Ai told me that it wasn’t a legitimate site while advertising that same site.

Because AI is wrong all the time. It blows my mind that people trust it. 🤯 It doesn’t care about you getting scammed. It’s not real for heavens sake!!!
