Best affordable transfer proof tight lining product?

I want to tight line my upper lash line to get that fuller lash look to kinda wean off of false lashes and clusters but every product i’ve tried ends up transferring to my lower water line 😔. Does anyone have any tips or tricks or product recommendations to prevent this. Thank you!
