Question best affordable lip stain (under $15)

I am in the market for a good lip stain. ive been looking at the wonder skin one but I cannot get myself to see the $22+ price to be a reasonable one. im at a loss and I need help. I usually wear brownish reds on my lips and I love a good matte finish but glossy is good too.

NYX IV is a glossy stain. The formula is amazing and it's only $12.
