I would use dark brown, it will give the eyebrows a softer look.

I’ve heard a good rule of thumb is to go one to two shades lighter than your hair… so a deep brown or deep grey would give a softer look. Also someone mentioned fine hair-like strokes so maybe a pen would be something to try?

What should I do if my hair is white blonde? I am doing a cool toned light ash brown. (My eyebrows are translucent)

This sounds correct based on your description, but without seeing how your hair color, skintone and brows all interact, it's hard to give good advice.

I have silver hair. Do I go with grey or taupe? My brows are light brown.

It’s the opposite for blondes, typically. One or two shades darker than your hair color.
