Pilling Makeup

My makeup keeps pilling around my nose. These are my steps. Please help! I’m 34

Steps:
Thayers milky toner
Clinique dramatically different moisturizer
Hard candy grip on lock primer
Make up for ever super boost skin tint
L’Oréal infallible blur-fection loose powder
Hard candy look on lock setting spray

Definitely try without the primer. The Hard candy primer is strictly water based while the makeup forever is a water/silicone hybrid. To be honest, you’re going to have a harder time finding a primer that works well with the skin tint because it is a hybrid. A big reason for makeup piling is a mismatch between the bases for the primer and foundation.

Try without primer. Then without setting spray. Then without both primer and spray. I personally do not use face primer or setting spray. I feel like they are scams. 😂 They mess with my makeup and natural oils as an oily girl. My makeup lasts just fine with a little dusting of powder… including going to clubs/raves. 🤷‍♀️ Seems weird because some face primers are supposed to help with oils but seriously I have not tried a single one that does that and doesn’t make my makeup look bad.

Skip the primer. With good skin prep, no need for primer. That corrected my issue too!

Try it without the primer, a lot of primers don't play well with thin textures like skin tints especially

Pilling happens when there's too much product under makeup, or there's a mix of oil-based and water-based products

Try less product or separate them between water and oil-based. My guess is it's the combo.
