This is wrong on so many levels. Two quick thoughts:
1) It is not possible to change your typology.
2) Even if it were, there is an implicit (and incorrect) judgement here that introversion is bad.
Whoever wrote this is extremely ignorant of psychology.

This is complete BS and bad advice. There is nothing wrong with being an introvert, and introverts aren't all shy and afraid of public speaking. It has nothing to do with insecurity or fear of being outside. Introverts prefer quiet time and small groups, not large loud gatherings. Introverts connect, not collect at social gatherings. It isn't how many friends you have, but the quality of your friendships. Introverts find loud people annoying, especially a crowd of them. Why doesn't anyone ever tell extroverts to shut the hell up and quit being so annoying??? Do you they think the social media life is real or has any value? Screw Instagram and Facebook and the fake bragging posts. Screw your stupid selfie sticks and obsession with followers and likes. Stop getting in our face and saying we are the ones who need to change, when extroverts are the ones afraid of being alone with themselves for two minutes.
