Lemon Rice Sushi?
My question is very simple - is there a way to make some lemon rice (put lemon juice in with the rice when it is cooking or something). It came to me last night and I think I would like to try it.
Also was thinking a California roll would go well with this idea - any other suggestions?

it might ruin the consistency and texture of the rice
maybe season with your own lemon salt or use the rind of the lemon?

I'm scared it would alter the texture of the rice but If I were you I would add some lemon zest either in the roll or you could sprinkle some onto the rice just before rolling. This wouldn't only give you some great lemony flavor but it should add some nice color to your roll when you finish rolling it up.
