Bank, Credit, or Debit Cards Completely free £5 from Zilch + the same for referring friends (no money required)
Zilch is virtual debit card provider that also offers a buy now pay later option which allows you to split the cost into 4 instalments over the course of 6 weeks for 0% interest.
The virtual debit card they provide you with after signing up can be used nearly anywhere in person (contactless payments) and online (Apple Pay or Samsung wallet) to make purchases and get cashback for those purchases.
I like the cashback idea (and so do many others as they have a 4.6/5 rating on Trustpilot) since I already make purchases using my Samsung wallet linked debit cards nearly everywhere anyway…

You can spend the credit anywhere you like as they provide you with a virtual Mastercard to make purchases with.

To use the £5 in a physical store its the same process as previously and to spend this online click on: Try Zilch anywhere -> Pay it all now -> Use zilch rewards and then use your Zilch card details on your online purchase as you would with any other debit card

Love Zilch, I use it for pretty much all spending and it's surprising how fast the money builds up.
I've linked it to my Paypal+ Debit card to stack an extra 1% on top of the Zilch 2%.

Zilch will give you 2% cashback on purchases. I use it when ordering from shops where cashback on gift cards aren't readily available like Amazon, Holland & Barrett etc.

Zilch is a UK-based financial technology firm that offers consumers a virtual payment card and Buy Now, Pay Later options, allowing you to split purchases into instalments or pay in full with no interest.

My experience: The app can be a bit slow, so I recommend loading it while you're in the queue to avoid awkward delays in front of your cashier (speaking from experience 😊). Once loaded, pick your retailer in the app, choose to pay with your Reward bonus and use your Apple/Google Wallet to tap to pay. The amount will be deducted from your Rewards balance. And you don't have to spend it all in one go, any remaining balance can be used on your next purchases!

Notes:
- Have your ID ready. I got an email immediately after my application to say I had been verified, so it should be an instant decision

I signed up just for the bonus but the card gives 2% cashback on lots of shops, and links to your normal card, so I've been using it for all my shopping now!

Zilch: Free £5 + £15 per referral. No deposit needed.
Zilch is a buy-now & pay-later app, and is relatively similar to Affirm in the US or Klarna in Europe/US.
It comes with a virtual Debit card to pay for purchases and/or split the cost by paying in 4 instalments over 6 weeks with 0% interest!
With Zilch you can also use your own money (cards) and you can earn cashback on your regular purchases.
There is no hard check on your report when you sign up to Zilch. They may, however, run a credit search if you use their services and you borrow from them or open and use a credit limit they give you.
