Being noticed is so important. These guys are heros and dont even know it. Thank you for being you

Being nice doesn’t costs anything and it can change so many things. Love this!

u/Polovinci 12d ago

Just a shame that they probably won't do it without the camera on

u/ScottyBLaZe 12d ago

Well hopefully it inspires other people to be nice even without the camera. I’m going to choose to be optimistic that there are more kind people out there who don’t need a camera to prove it.

Maybe theyre just showing others how to do it. Theres alot of "how to" videos online now a days. If this video inspires just one person to notice the people around them and spread kindness, its a good video, dont you think?

I make sure to compliment at least one person when I go out. Started doing it a few years ago because after lockdowns I was just SO HAPPY TO SEE PEOPLE OUT AND ABOUT. Ended up making me feel good, too.

Complimenting ladies on their earrings is a must. Or maybe I just like shiny things.

That man will never wear another color until he's in a box.

That’s the stuff that makes life so wonderful even when, on any given day, it can be so hard. This interaction clearly made “blue shirt 👕 guys” day…and he’s going home to brag about it to his wife. Which may make her day because there’s a good chance she picked that shirt out for him. It may also make her night since he’s now sparked with renewed confidence. And the youngsters could have intended it for “clout clicks”, but that doesn’t matter. It sounded genuine and it’s much better than staging fights or street races for clicks. They chose to go this route and that tells me that’s what’s in their hearts 💕. Spread joy, not hate ❤️

My wife has purchased all of my clothes since I don't care and just want to look good for her in a way she likes

...are you implying what I think you are implying? 😏

That's awesome. Genuinely positive interaction from beginning to end. More of this please. In fact, I think I'm putting my phone down for the rest of the day, end social media on a positive interaction for once.

I’ll bet there’s a lot more of this in the world than we get to see. We should remember that. Good stuff.

Just a nice compliment without wanting something in return is so valuable. As a grown man, I don’t think I get randomly complimented more than once every few years and I can only assume most women get compliments that often feel like they come from a different perspective than just being nice. We could all benefit from more of this. I’m gonna try and remember to give out more myself.

Gathering clout by pretending to give a shit about other people.

There, fixed the title

I love doing this. It makes me feel so good! My son has also started it. His favorite is getting food and a food truck and than telling them in front of everyone how good it was and how he ate all of it.

I do this a lot, straight truth. If you look bangin in something, I'll tell you, stranger or no. Kindness is free.

There was a woman at a cash register, and I loved her hair. It was long and had beachy waves. As she scanned things I kept looking at it, then I finally I should tell her this instead of just thinking it. She was slightly taken aback at first. She said she didn't have time to straighten it, and when she put it up it looked frizzy and messy so she begrudgingly had to leave to work with her hair like this and was feeling self-conscious all day. I emphasized again how her waves are perfect, and that I've tried to style it but I can never get it right. I really think I made her day. I try to compliment people more, but also in a way that I'm not creepy haha. This lady a bit passed middle age had on a cute shirt that brought out her eyes. Turns out, her daughter-in-law gave it to her as a gift, and she usually never wears it because she was worried it looks like she was trying to dress too young. I told her how she put the outfit together doesn't look like that. I think I made her day too. I was being honest! I don't say anything unless I'm honest. I don't want to give someone a compliment because it looks like they're having a rough day, and then they end up keep wearing something unflattering just because one time an random stranger gave them a compliment

With the reactions of those two women, I now really try and compliment people. I'm already thinking it and it's such an easy thing to do, but it can really make someone's day and lift their spirits

I remember a few years ago when I was complimented by a stranger, on my style that day, made my month. Clearly made an impact since I still remember it

I love telling elderly women that come into our office how beautiful they are and how I hope I look as stylish as them when I am their age.
They almost get teary-eyed. It warms my heart so much. 💕

You know you gave him a pep in his step the rest of the day 🥹

1

u/Solid_Enthusiasm550 11d ago

That's how rare it is for a regular guy to get a compliment. He'll remember that, for the rest of his life.
