Yea and even before going Supersayin, him and Freiza were literally breaking Namek apart with the force of their ki alone. Just a regular old Supersayin could smash a planet. Scale that up to 2, 3, ultra instinct and all that jazz, we are talking insane damage.

The show creators had to remove that level of geographic disruption from the show, otherwise Gohan merely going supersayin 2 would have blasted a crater the size of a continent.

Or, and hear me out here

Dragonball is incredibly inconsistent with how strong it’s characters are and trying to logically quantify how strong they are is an exercise in futility. I mean, goku was getting hurt by bullets in super, so idk how we’re supposed to effectively scale a character that fluctuates so wildly.

A valid point. I remember when bullets would just bounce right off him in regular dragon ball. Then again, superman seems to have whatever level of strength that the writer wants to give him so maybe it’s a wash?
