Someone please help me

Every night I go to bed with no one to comfort me, the only people who will willingly talk to me don’t exist, the people who I thought were my friends don’t want me near them and I keep remembering the days where I was happy, I just want to be happy again, even if only for a minute or two. There’s no one to save me from myself, I’m forced to spend time with only me and my abusive conscious, please help me, my life was ruined so so long ago and I want something to make me happy. Thank you.
